E-Mail Service

Skapi provides three very convenient email services:

• Automated Emails: Send automated emails to your users.

  When user signs up, or when user forgets their password, gets invited to your project, or needs a welcome email to be sent, you can use Skapi's automated email service to setup your email templates and send emails to your users.

• Bulk E-Mail Service: Send bulk emails to your users.

  Skapi provides a built-in E-Mail service that allows you to send bulk emails to your users. You can immediately collect email addresses from your users, and send newsletters using Skapi's E-Mail service. A single service can also run more than one mailing list, by registering named newsletter groups that each keep their own subscribers and their own sending address.

  Newsletters work on every plan, Trial included. The Trial plan includes 50 newsletter subscribers, 50 e-mail sends per month and 50 MB of e-mail storage, which is one newsletter to a full list of 50 subscribers each month; one owner can send 200 newsletter mails a month across all of their Trial projects. Sends are counted per recipient, and on every plan a project stops sending newsletters once it collects too many spam complaints. See Sending Newsletters.

• Receiving Inquiries: Receive inquiries from your users.

  Skapi provides a built-in E-Mail service that allows you to receive inquiries from your users. You can immediately receive inquiries from your visitors, using Skapi's E-Mail service.
